Thank you Uphus plumbing, Jamie and Chris. Quick, clean, kind work, and patiently waited for the city guys to shut off the water to the house, then fixed everything needed. Chris even swept up after himself! When talking to Pete to get an appointment set up, he was helpful and clear: "Call me Monday morning and we'll get you set up for a time." When I called on Monday, he remembered what I needed and got someone to my house within an hour!
We had an appointment set between 5-6pm on 1-22-2013 (the coldest day in four years at -23) for Uphus Plumbing and heating to fix our hot water heating system. six O'clock came and went, we waited until 7:30 to call and find out if they were coming. The guy we talked to thought his other worker had already been there, so he wanted to call his worker and find out where he was and he would call us back and let us know when they would get there. Today is 1-23-2013 at 11:30am and still no call back. I have three young children in my house and was relying on them to fix my heating system. It was 48 degrees in my house, and -11 outside this morning. I would never call Uphus to do any work at my house, and would suggest no one go through the same issues i'm going through.
