Very friendly, however, they have cut our electric both times they have dug. Neither time did they offer to fix the mistake, though the first time they did come out and help find the line they broke then buried. If they are working near any electric make sure to show them that everything works before they begin digging so there is no question if they should come fix it when/if they break the lines.
