Can I give less than 1 star? I called for some advise on my car, and unfortunately your company you lost out on the money to fix my car. Why? Because your service manager who answered my call was just completely and undelightfully rude. Treating a customer with such little respect doesn't say much for your company. I will gladly drive another 50 miles to a respectful dealership!!
I took my car in for an oil change. I called telling them I was going to be 10 - 15 min late. They were very nice about it. I dropped my car off, they got the oil change done within the hour and checked the car over, went though things with me and I was on my way. Very friendly, prompt and good service.
Was looking to invest in a new car, everyone here was very helpful and answered all my questions I had. Would recommend to friends looking to buy a new car!
We bought our first brand new jeep from here and they made it fast easy. After the sale, the owner gave us free lunch while the Jeep was getting detailed. Great local dealer with great service!
Took my 09 dodge journey there for service and specifically asked for an oil change and recalls to be completed I called ahead and asked them if they needed any information to get the recall parts it was "no" we have it all on file because they had done service on the vehicle before. $73 bill for an oil change to find out they have replaced other things I did not ask for and had none of the recalls completed.
