This is our first purchase from John Wiese Ford in Sauk Centre and our experience with staff and salesperson Eric Moritz were excellent. He took the time to find exactly what we wanted in a vehicle and didn't pressure us to purchase immediately. Would never go back to John Wiese Ford. The salesman I worked with was just that, a salesman. He wanted the sale, that’s it. He flat out lied and took advantage of trading and selling to a young female. Told me that he wasn’t going to ask over $10,000 for my trade in, so I settled for the trade offer he gave me later to find out they had it listed at $13,000 ($1,000 more than I even paid for the vehicle).
When contacted by the owners son he was nothing but rude over the phone and demanded me to find time to take off work to come in and talk about the issue because he would not discuss it over the phone.
After I bought my 2013 Ford Edge from them I brought it in for the first oil change (only had around 40,000 miles on it. Which is still considered fairly new in my book). The service department told me I had about $1,000 in service work that needed to be done; I had this vehicle for about 3 months.
